I have some other things I’ll likely be adding to complete Chris’ run on SURVIVING JACK, but for now I have some episodic stills from the show. Enjoy.
“Surviving Jack” – E1X07 Parents Just Don’t Understand Screencaps

Here is the final episode of the series. Sad really. I was hypercritical of FOX to begin with. They don’t have the greatest track record when committing to their series. They don’t give enough time for the viewers to get into the program before they begin taking the axe. Anyway, another funny episode and Chris again in rare form.
Why am I not surprised by this? I knew as soon as I found out SURVIVING JACK was going to be on FOX it didn’t stand a chance. None of the shows I’ve loved that have aired on this network have ever lasted more than a half a season or a full season. A show called New Amsterdam starring Game of Thrones hottie Nikolaj Coster-Waldau was cancelled after just eight episodes. It didn’t even get a finale. Now of course the speculation is going to start running rampant that with that cancellation and the renewal of LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT for a sixteenth season, Chris will be returning as Det. Elliot Stabler. While I would like it to happen if not to see Chris on familiar ground, I’d only want it if he wants it. And let’s not forget those idiotic E&O shippers who cannot seem to understand Elliot loves his wife and kids. So go ahead, get all girlie giddy with it.
Other than the song by The Fine Young Cannibals, anyone live this episodes? I know I did. Each episode gets better and better and Chris is at the top of his game, I think. So nice to see him being funny and original. Not that I didn’t like his more serious side as Stabler, or Keller, or… You get the idea. The screencap I’m providing below from the episode is of that fine Meloni bod still looking not bad at 53. We should all be so lucky.
“Surviving Jack” – E1X05 Something To Talk About Screencaps

As promised, here is episode five of SURVIVING JACK. Chris is really good in this and more than likely FOX will cancel it. FOX’s track record ain’t the greatest. I hope you’re liking the screencaps as much as I like bringing them to you. As usual please watch the the show and support it.
I wanted to let you know about something that might be happening on 19 March, 2014. I’m having a little trouble getting my webhosting fees together to renew my hosting for another year so CHRISTOPHER MELONI ONLINE will be going dark on that date, unless I get an influx of donations before then. I won’t be able to get it back up for two weeks until I get paid. If you’d like to donate something to help me out please feel free to scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit the donate button in the sidebar in the “Site Info/Disclaimer & Donate” area. This is the first time I’ve had to ask for donations to keep us up, but I thought I’d throw out the bone. Thanks to anyone willing to help out. I’m also working on getting the UNABRIDGED MEDIA site back up and running. The Fanlisting will also be going dark until I can get everything back up and running. Please be patient.
I also wanted to say this, I thought I’d have some fantastic news for you regarding the future of this site other than the fact it will be offline for a short period of time, however, that fantastic news has fallen through. That news was that I was contacted by representation for Christopher Meloni about my assisting in creating Chris’ official website. Marcello Davis then wrote to me about UNABRIDGED becoming Chris’ official site, however, after about a month’s silence I sent an email Marcello Davis and Trace Podewell regarding if I was still “on the team” a couple of weeks ago and so far I’ve received no reply. It seems as if that has fallen through. So after the site is back online I want to let you know that I will be following Chris through his work on SURVIVING JACK as well as getting as much of the backlog I have regarding his work on LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT as well as a huge whack of event images I have from roughly 1990 through to present, but then I will be only updating as time permits. I have had a great deal of personal issues that have arisen and I won’t be able to update as often as I’d like, but the site will remain online for you.
